Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estates of LONNIE LEE ROBERTS, WILMA DEAN ROBERTS, BEVERLY MCWATERS, and LONNIE ANTHONY ROBERTS A/K/A ANTHONY ROBERTS, Deceased, that on the 21st day of August 2026, there was filed with this Court the Petition of Melissa Dawn Milburn praying that Letters of Administration be issued to her as Personal Representative of the Estates, to serve without bond, for a judicial determination of the heirs of the Decedents.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on this day notice is given that the 24 day of September, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd Street, Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
