On November 19, 2021, Personal Representative Jana Lyn Everett filed in this court a Petition for Final Distribution and Discharge in the Estates of Johnnie Baker, Jr., deceased, and Ora Jean Baker, deceased.
On December 16, 2021, a Final Decree and Distribution of Estates was entered herein.
On June 8, 2026, an Order Vacating Final Decree and Distribution of Estates was entered herein.
It is ordered and notice is given that the 9 day of July, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m., in the District Courtroom in the City of Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma, is appointed as the time and place for the hearing on the Petition for Final Distribution and Discharge and that notice be given by mail and publication as provided by law. Any person interested in the estate may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
