OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION, AND DISCHARGE

To:  All persons interested in the Estates of Charlie Columbus Freeman and Jessie Auraro Freeman, deceased.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 26th day of June, 2026, Peggy Lee Cherry, filed in the District Court of McClain County, a Petition for Summary Administration of the above-referenced Estates pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, in which Petitioner alleges and states: that Charlie Columbus Freeman died on April 28, 1968 at the age of 77 in California as a resident of California, owning real property in McClain County, Oklahoma; that Jessie Auraro Freeman died on October 12, 1982 at the age of 84 in California as a resident of California, owning real property in McClain County, Oklahoma; that Petitioner has exercised due diligence in searching for a last will and testament for each of the Decedents, but none has been found;  that the Decedents have been deceased for more than 5 years;  that the names and addresses of the heirs and devisees of Charlie Columbus Freeman, deceased, are as follows:

that the names and addresses of the heirs of Jessie Auraro Freeman nee Bowser, deceased, are as follows:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing on the Petition for Summary Administration and a Final Accounting, Determination of Heirship, Distribution, and Discharge of the Estates of Decedents will be held on the 27th day of August, 2026 at 9:30 o’clock a.m. in the Courtroom of the Honorable Charles Gray of the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma.  You may file objections to the Petition at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the attorney of record for Petitioner at the following address: Glenn M. White; Hirsch Heath & White, PLLC, 901 Cedar Lake Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.  In the absence of any objections, you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition. At the hearing, the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estates of the Decedents will be distributed and to whom the estates of the Decedents will be distributed.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that in accordance with the provisions of 58 O.S. § 246, the claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim is presented to the Special Administrator, Peggy Lee Cherry, by and through her attorney of record at the above-stated address, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the Order for Combined Notice, or the same will be forever barred.
