AND LEGATEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estates of Billy Dean Ward, a/k/a Bill Ward, Deceased, and Kathryn Ann Brown, Deceased, that on the 9th day of July, 2026, Raven Dane Brown filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition in this Court alleging that Kathryn Ann Brown died intestate, and Billy Dean Ward, a/k/a Bill Ward, died testate with a Will bearing the date of July 3, 2014, praying for probate of the Will, asking that Letters of Administration with Will annexed be issued to Raven Dane Brown upon the Estate of the Billy Dean Ward, a/k/a Bill Ward, that Letters of Administration be issued to Raven Dane Brown upon the Estate of Kathryn Ann Brown, and requesting that this Court determine the identity of all the heirs-at-law of the Decedents, and devisees and legatees of the Will.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the 6th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock A.M., of that day, has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition in the Courtroom No. 225 of the McClain County Courthouse, in Purcell, County of McClain, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert their own rights to the administration and pray the Letters be issued to them.
