PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL

REPRESENTATIVE,

DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Patsy A. Lee, deceased, that on the 5th of August, 2026, Justin Carl Lee filed in the District Court of the County of McClain County and State of Oklahoma, a Petition praying that he be appointed as Personal Representative for the estate of said decedent, that the decedent’s heirs be judicially determined, and that letters testamentary issue to Justin Carl Lee.

Pursuant to an order of said Court, notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, at the District Courtroom in Purcell, in McClain County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
