NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Notice is hereby given to all heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries of Verna Lea Dildy Goff, Deceased, that on the 12 day of March, 2026, DeWitt Clinton Goff produced and filed in the District Court of McCIain County, Oklahoma, instruments in writing purporting to be certified copies of the Last Will and Testament and First and Second Codicils thereto of Verna Lea Dildy Goff, Deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition praying that said Will and Codicils be admitted to probate, and that Letters Administration with Will Annexed, issue thereon to DeWitt Clinton Goff, and that the identity of the heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries be determined at the initial hearing.
And pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 12 day of March, 2026 notice is hereby given that the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, proving said Will and Codicils, and determining the identity of said heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries, at the District Court Room in the County Courthouse at Purcell, in said County of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested. may appear and contest the same
