NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Notice is hereby given to all heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries of Laura Lee Testerman, Deceased, that on the 12 day of March, 2026, Mike Looney produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Laura Lee Testerman, Deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition praying that said Will be admitted to probate, that Letters of Administration with Will Annexed issue thereon to Mike Looney, and that the identity of the heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries be determined at the initial hearing.

And pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 12 day of March 2026 notice is hereby given that the 30 day of April, 2026 at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, proving said Will, and determining the identity of said heirs at law, legatees, devisees and beneficiaries, at the District Court Room in the County Courthouse at Purcell, in said County of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
