of Sale of Real Property
Notice is hereby given that Alicia Ann Haskins, Personal Representative of the Estate of Larry Charles Palmer, Deceased, has returned and presented for confirmation, and filed in said Court her Return of the sale of the following described real property of said Estate located in McClain County, State of Oklahoma, at 17934 Acorn Lane, Alex, Oklahoma 73002, more specifically described as:
Surface rights only in and to a parcel of land situate in the Northeast 10 Acres of Lot One (1), Section Thirty (30), Township Six (6) North Range Four (4) West, McClain County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 58.4 feet West of the SW/Corner of the NW/4 NE/4 NW/4; thence West 529 feet; thence North 330 feet; thence East 529 feet; thence South 330 feet to the point of beginning; along with an easement 45 feet wide for ingress, egress and utilities open, unobstructed and assignable to others running North to public road from subject land excepting therefrom an easement situated on the West 22 1/2 feet of the subject land for ingress, egress and utilities assignable to others, this easement open and unobstructed at all time.
to Billy R. Smith Jr. and Monique M. Smith, for the sum of $65,000.00.
Notice is further given that the 21st day of May 2026 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., at the Probate Court in the McClain County Courthouse in the City of Oklahoma City and State of Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and file their exceptions in writing to said Return and contest the same, and are hereby referred to said Return for further particulars.
