PETITION TO PROBATE WILL
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Jerry L. McCorkle, that on April 23, 2026, Sheryl L. McCorkle produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated June 19, 2003 purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Jerry L. McCorkle, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of the Will and that Letters Testamentary issue to Sheryl L. McCorkle, the Personal Representative named in the Will and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that May 28, 2026, at 9:30 A.M., before the Honorable Judge Charles N. Gray has been appointed as the date and time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will in the courtroom of the above-named Judge in the McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
