Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Gary Edward West, Deceased, that on March 24, 2026, Carolyn J. West filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, a Petition praying for Letters of Administration issue thereon to Carolyn J. West and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that April 23, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock A.M., before the Honorable Judge Charles Gray has been appointed as the date and time for hearing said Petition at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse in McClain County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
