COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS

AND NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING

To all persons interested in the Estate of Edwin Sterling Kirk III, deceased:

You are notified that Amie R. Hackett has filed in this Court a Petition For Summary Administration for said Estate. As required by law, the Petitioner states as follows:

1. Edwin Sterling Kirk III (the “Decedent”) died on October 15, 2024, a resident of McClain County, Oklahoma.
2. The Petitioner has submitted to the Court what she alleges to be the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent and has asked the Court to admit the same to probate.
3. The names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning conominees, heirs-at-law, legatees, and devisees of the Decedent, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

4. The probable value of the probate estate of the Decedent in the State of Oklahoma, as set forth in the Petition in greater detail, is approximately $70,000.00.
5. As reflected by the Order entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with regular estate proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. §§ 245 et seq.
6. The final hearing on the Petition will be held on the 12th day of November, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock A.M., in the Courtroom of Charles Gray, Judge of the District Court, at the McClain County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd Avenue, Purcell, Oklahoma.
7. Any person receiving this Notice, or any interested party, may file an objection to the Petition at any time before the final hearing and send a copy of such objection to the Petitioner at 2212 Shadowlake Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73159, or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition. Any person receiving this Notice who does not object to the Petition need not appear or otherwise respond.
8. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
9. The claim of any creditor will be barred unless such claim is presented to the Court no more than thirty (30) days following the date of the Order entered herein approving of summary administration and allowing this Combined Notice.
10. All creditors having claims against Edwin Sterling Kirk III, deceased, shall present the same, together with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to the claim, by filing the same the Court and shall send a copy of such claim to the Petitioner at 2212 Shadowlake Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73159.
