COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Doris Marti Roberts deceased, (“Estate”) that on this day the Petitioner, Sydney Roberts, who may be contacted through counsel at the address below, filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma a Petition for Summary Administration (“Petition”) pursuant to 58 Okla. Stat. § 245 et seq. in the above-styled case. The Petitioner alleges and states:

1. Doris Marti Roberts, deceased, (“Decedent”) died intestate on October 9, 2012. Decedent’s residence at the time of her death was Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, County of Kootenai.
2. The names and last-known addresses of the heirs-at-law of Decedent are:

3. The total probable value of the estate of Decedent situated in Oklahoma as set forth in the Petition is less than $200,000.
4. Petitioner requests that Aaron Scott Bryant be appointed as personal representative and Letters of Special Administration be issued to him.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the Court found that it should (a) dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, (b) order notice to creditors, and (c) issue and order for hearing the Petition, the final accounting, and the petition for determination of heirs and distribution.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the 19th day of November, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. in the courtroom of the undersigned Judge in the McClain County Courthouse located at 121 N 2nd Ave #318, Purcell, Oklahoma, 73080 has been set as the time and place for hearing the Petition and the petition for determination of heirs and distribution, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto at any time prior to the hearing or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections. At such hearing the Court will hear objections from all persons who timely filed an objection and thereafter decide whether to (a) approve the Petition for Summary Administration, (b) approve the final account, (c) determine the identities of Decedent’s heirs, and (d) order distribution as prayed for in the petition, (e) discharge the Special Administrator, and (f) order additional relief as the Court may deem just and proper.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons having claims against Doris Marti Roberts, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Special Administrator, Aaron Scott Bryant, care of the law offices of Ferdowsian Law, PLLC, 14001 McAuley Blvd, Suite 240, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73134 on or before October 31, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.
