NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Debbie M. Lemons, Personal Representative of the above-referenced estate, having filed a First and Final Account and a Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Final Determination of Heirs, Distribution of Estate and Discharge of Personal Representative on the 16th day of July, 2026, the hearing of the same has been set before the Honorable Judge Gray for 9:45 o’clock a.m. on the 7th day of August, 2026, at the McClain County Courthouse in Purcell, Oklahoma. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the accounting should not be allowed, the estate settled and distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
