Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of CARL C. JOHNSTON, JR., deceased, that on the 29 day of April, 2026, LINDA G. JOHNSTON, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of CARL C. JOHNSTON, JR., deceased, filed in this Court their Final Report and Final Account and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge, praying that said Final Report and Account be confirmed, that the Court enter its Order distributing assets of the Estate, and that the Court discharge the Personal Representative from all further duties in the above-referenced case.
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of May, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. CST, the Final Report and Final Account and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge will be heard at the District Courthouse of Purcell, McClain, Oklahoma, before Judge Gray, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
