NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Eckard Energy LLC and Eckard Operating LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to approve a multiunit horizontal well in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units formed for the Osborn common source of supply in Section 27-7N-4W and Section 34-7N-4W, McClain County, Oklahoma, so as to allow such multi-unit horizontal well to be drilled at the following location:
