NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission issue an Order establishing a 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit by: a) vacating Order No. 230838 insofar as it pertains to the Gibson, Upper Hart, Lower Hart, and Osborn common sources of supply underlying the E/2 SW/4 and SE/4 of Section 25, Township 8 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma;  b) vacating Order No. 246660 insofar as it pertains to the Gibson, Upper Hart, Lower Hart, and Osborn common sources of supply underlying the E/2 NW/4 and NE/4 of Section 25, Township 8 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; and, c) establishing a 640-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing unit for the Deese common source of supply underlying Section 25, Township 8 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma, by new spacing, with the unit well for said 640-acre horizontal unit to be located from its point of entry and along any point of its lateral, not less than 660 feet from said unit boundary.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:  to designate the Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit wells.  Applicant is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Oklahoma City, OK , at 8:30 a.m., on the 11th day of May, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.

Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office has relocated to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
