COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE

OF HEARING PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION,

ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE, DISTRIBUTION OF

ESTATE AND DISCHARGE OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR 

(58 Okla. Stat. §§245-247)

NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estate of Linda Kay Loucks, a/k/a Linda Loucks, Deceased (“Decedent”), that on the 18th day of February, 2026, Gregory L. Srodon (“Petitioner”), who may be contacted through counsel at the address below, filed a Petition for Summary Administration, Admission of Will to Probate, Distribution of Estate and Discharge of Special Administrator (“Petition”), in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, praying that Letters of Special Administration issue to Gregory L. Srodon (“Petitioner”). Said Petition further prays that the will of Linda Loucks (“Decedent”) be admitted to probate, the property of the Decedent subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed; and that Special Administrator be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars. 

COMES NOW, the Petitioner, and respectfully represents and shows the Court:

The names, ages and last known addresses of the heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of Linda Kay Loucks, a/k/a Linda Loucks (“Decedent”) so far as known to the Petitioner are as follows:

The character of the Estate, including the legal description of all real property owned by or in which the Decedent had an interest in Oklahoma is as follows, with a value that does not exceed $200,000.00:

Linda Kay Loucks, a/k/a Linda Loucks (“Decedent”) died testate on the 12th day of November 2025, a resident of Lake County, Illinois at the time of her death.

Pursuant to the Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 16th day of April 2026, at the hour of 9:30 A.M. in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the McClain County Courthouse in the City of Purcell, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing.

Any person receiving this notice, or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at or before the final hearing. All objections to the Petition and/or any relief requested must be made in writing, with such objection to be filed herein, with a copy being provided to the Petitioner and the attorney for the same, and if an objection is not made within the allowed time, all persons will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition and the relief prayed for.

If an objection is filed on or before the hearing date the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate, whether the Last Will and Testament of Linda Loucks (“Decedent”) will be admitted to probate and to whom the Estate will be distributed.

TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENTS: All creditors having claims against the above-named Decedent are required to present the same, with a description of all security interest or other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Gregory L. Srodon (Special Administrator), c/o Brooke H. Unruh, Attorney, Unruh & Co., 1930 S. Bryant, Edmond, OK 73013, attorney for Petitioner, within thirty (30) days following the filing of the Petition and Combined Notice herein, or the same will be forever barred.
