ORDINANCE  NO. 26-11

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PURCELL, REAPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 91-2098; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY

WHEREAS, the City of Purcell (hereinafter “City” or “Purcell”) is a municipal corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Oklahoma and is a home rule charter municipality; and

WHEREAS, on February 4, 1991, the City passed Ordinance No. 91-2098, governing the lease of certain real property to the Purcell Airport Authority;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PURCELL, OKLAHOMA:

Section 1. Repealed. 

Ordinance No. 91-2098 is hereby repealed.

Section 2. Repealer.

All other ordinances, resolutions, parts of ordinances, and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded or repealed. 

Section 3. Severability.

If any section, sentence, phrase or portion of this resolution is for any reason held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed an independent provision, and such holding shall not invalidate the remaining portions hereof.
