NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order establishing 640-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing units by: a) vacating Order No. 203742 insofar as it pertains to the Viola, First Bromide, Basal Second Bromide, Tulip Creek, McLish and Oil Creek common sources of supply underlying the NW/4 of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; b) vacating Order No. 212476 insofar as it pertains to the Viola, First Bromide, Basal Second Bromide, Tulip Creek, McLish and Oil Creek common sources of supply underlying the E/2 and SW/4 of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; c) vacating Order No. 575031 insofar as it pertains to the Deese, Woodford, and Hunton common sources of supply underlying all of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; d) vacating Order No. 199786 insofar as it pertains to the Hart, Hunton, Viola, First Bromide, Second Bromide, Tulip Creek, McLish, and Oil Creek common sources of supply underlying the SW/4 of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; e) vacating Order No. 273350 insofar as it pertains to the Deese Sandstones, Hunton Limestone, Viola Limestone, Bromide Sandstones, Tulip Creek Sandstone, Mclish Sandstone, and Oil Creek Sandstone common sources of supply underlying the E/2 of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; f) vacating Order No. 586548 insofar as it pertains to the Osborne, Unconformity Sand, and Woodford common sources of supply underlying the SW/4 of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; and, g) extending Order No. 664736 to include within its purview the Deese, Basal Pennsylvanian Unconformity, Woodford, Hunton, Sylvan, Viola and Simpson common sources of supply underlying Sections 19 and 30, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma, with the unit well for said 640-acre horizontal units to be located from its point of entry and along any point of its lateral, not less than 660 feet from said unit boundary for the Deese, Basal Pennsylvanian Unconformity, Hunton, Viola and Simpson common sources of supply; not less than 165 feet from the north and south unit boundary and not less than 330 feet from the east and west unit boundary for the Woodford common source of supply; and not less than 330 feet from the unit boundary for the Sylvan common source of supply.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: to designate the Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit wells.  Applicant is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 13th day of October, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.

Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office has relocated to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or video-conference. Before coming to the building for this hearing, please visit the Oklahoma Corporation Commission website at www.occeweb.com to determine the status of building access.
