A double fatality accident last year in Garvin County has resulted in murder or manslaughter charges against a Pauls Valley man.
Garvin County court records show William Antonio Miranda, 29, of Pauls Valley is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol that caused the death of Makaila Myers-Hampson,15, of Paoli and Christopher Pierri, 39, of Oklahoma City.
The October 4 collision occurred about a mile north of Pauls Valley.
Recently filed felony charges include second-degree murder or in the alternative, first-degree manslaughter and second-degree murder.
A third alternative includes first-degree manslaughter and two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and causing a personal injury collision with great bodily injury.
