NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Darrell Wayne Thomas, Deceased, that on the 30 day of October, 2025, Shane Allen Thomas, a resident of Marshall County, 4139 Cherokee Drive, Kingston, Oklahoma, produced in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for the Administration of the Estate of Darrell Wayne Thomas, Deceased, asking that Letters of Administration be issued to Shane Allen Thomas upon the Estate of Darrell Wayne Thomas, Deceased, and requesting this Court determine the identity of all the heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees of the Decedent.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that on the 20 day of November, 2025, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m., of that day, has been appointed as the time for hearing the Petition in Courtroom 225 of the District Court, Probate Division, in the McClain County District Courthouse, in the County of McClain, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same by filing written opposition thereto at least ten (10) before the above hearing on the grounds of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert their own rights to the administration and pray the Letters be issued to him.
