NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of Gary G. Baker, deceased;

You, and each of you, are hereby notified that Lynda D. Baker, Scarlett Baker Tague and Hilary Baker Ross, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, her Petition against the above named Defendants alleging that Plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title and is in the actual and peaceable possession of the following described real property situate in McClain County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

An Undivided One-Third (1/3) Interest in and to the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter (E/2 SW/4 NE/4) and West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (W/2 SE/4 NE/4) and Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW/4 NE/4 SE/4) of Section One (1), Township Five (5) North, Range 3 West, Less and Except all the oil, gas and minerals lying under and which may be produced from said lands, McClain County, Oklahoma. SURFACE ONLY.

Plaintiffs further allege that said Defendants are claiming some right, title, interest or estate in and to said real property adverse to Plaintiffs, and that said claim constitutes a cloud on Plaintiffs’ title which they are entitled to have removed.

That said Defendants, and each of them, must answer said petition on or before the 23rd day of December, 2025,or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly quieting Plaintiff’s title in and to said real property; adjudging and decreeing that said Defendants, and each of them, and all persons claiming by, through or under them, have no right, title, interest or estate in said real property; and that said Defendants be forever barred and enjoined from asserting or claiming any such right, title, interest or estate in said property adverse to that of Plaintiffs.
