NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Blackjack Operating, LLC; and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain and Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and if any of the above individuals are deceased, or if any of the above companies are no longer in existence, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant/Operator in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant a well location exception for a well to be drilled and produced from the Woodford targeted reservoir underlying the above-described lands, said well to be located:
Commencement of Completion Interval in Section 26:
no closer than 165 feet from the south line and no closer than 330 feet from the west line from the unit described as Section 26, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma,
End of Completion Interval in Section 26:
no closer than 0 feet from the north line and no closer than 330 feet from the west line from the unit described as Section 26, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma,
Commencement of Completion Interval in Section 23:
no closer than 0 feet from the south line and no closer than 330 feet from the west line from the unit described as Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma,
End of Completion Interval in Section 23:
no closer than 0 feet from the north line and no closer than 330 feet from the west line from the unit described as Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain County, Oklahoma,
Commencement of Completion Interval in Section 14:
no closer than 0 feet from the south line and no closer than 330 feet from the west line from the unit described as Section 14, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain and Cleveland County, Oklahoma,

The offset lands to said Sections 14, 23, and 26, are contained within Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, and 36, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, McClain and Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant/Operator in this cause is requesting the following special relief: to designate the Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit well. Applicant/Operator is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office has relocated to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or video-conference. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.
