A rash of illness calls and traffic accidents kept crews at Wadley’s EMS very busy last Sunday, April 26.

The ambulance service responded to numerous illness related calls and seven traffic accidents near or around the 91 mile marker on Interstate 35.

A Wadley’s officials said the first accident resulted with seven patients, but none were critical.

The second accident resulted in two patients, neither critical.

The third mishap resulted in no critical injuries with both the fourth and fifth accidents resulting in no injuries, as well.
