Take notice that Brook Leann Manning, by and through next friend, Brook Leann Manning has filed in the District Court of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation a Petition for Name Change of an Adult in case number CIV-2026-19 to have her name changed as follows:

of Brook Leann Nakvinda

And that the same will be heard by the Citizen Potawatomi Nation District Court, Shawnee, Oklahoma, on the 27th day of October, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., and that any person may file a written protest in this case prior to the date sent for the hearing.
