Longtime Mid-America Technology Center Administrator Bruce Bridwell soundly defeated incumbent Michael Dillinger for the board of education seat at the center.

Bridwell defeated Dillinger 1,215-801 district-wide.

Bridwell’s margin in Purcell was 550-338 and in Maysville, 80-45.

Coleton Sharp defeated Todd Price, 255-132 for the Washington School Board.

Both the Town of Wayne and the Town of Washington passed their question of allowing OG&E to have a franchise to transmit and distribute electricity within the town.

The measure passed 64-11 in Washington and 13-4 in Wayne.
