During Monday night’s regular monthly meeting of the Purcell Board of Education, members completed two more sections of superintendant Dr. Sheli McAdoo’s quarterly evaluation during an executive session.
There was no vote taken when the board reconvened to open session.
The board approved overnight travel for 20 staff members to attend the Professional Learning Communities Conference in Tulsa. The conference will be held May 27-29 with funding provided by Title I.
Board members also approved an overnight trip for 4-6 special Education team members for the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support Winter Conference. That conference will also be held in Tulsa January 22-23.
Board members were also presented an update on the current building projects at various campus locations by Goldsby Construction.
