NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Blackjack Natural Resources, LLC, and Blackjack Operating, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting authorization and permission for an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units in Sections 3, 10 and 15-6N-2W, McClain County, Oklahoma, for the Basal Penn Unconformity, Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply, so as to allow, in part, a well to be drilled and to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from the above-named separate common sources of supply in said Sections 3, 10 and 15-6N-2W, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant; being a multiunit horizontal well, to be drilled at the following location:

Applicant requests permission to complete such multiunit horizontal well in and to produce hydrocarbons from the separate common source of supply. Applicant intends to run casing in the horizontal portion, or lateral, of the borehole of the multiunit horizontal well and to cement such casing so as to cover and isolate the first and last perforations in such horizontal portion, or lateral.

The entire length of the lateral will be cemented such that the perforations will be isolated from the beginning and end points of the lateral in order to protect the correlative rights of the offset units.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the that the offset units toward which this horizontal well will be moving are Sections 4, 9, 16, 21 and 22-6N-2W and 33 and 34-7N-2W, McClain County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at 8:30 A.M. on the 6th day of April, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.

Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
