NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The McClain County Continental Gateway Authority will be receiving sealed bids until 4:00 p.m., February 13, 2026 and the opening will be February 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for the sale of cutting and baling approximately 90 acres (mol) of designated acreage on Continental Gateway Authority property located approximately .5 mile east of I-35 on State Highway 59 on the north side of the highway. The successful bidder will retain all of the hay the property produces in the 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 calendar years. All baled hay must be removed from the property after each cutting within 30 days when baling is complete.
Invitation to Bid forms are on file in the McClain County Commissioners Office, 3rd Floor, Room 305, McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma or request to be mailed. Submit bids to McClain County Commissioner, PO Box 629, Purcell, OK 73080. The Authority has the right to accept or reject any/or all bids.
