SERVICE OF SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION NOTICE
TO: RONALD FRAZE
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2026-93, styled Bank of Commerce, v. SC Environmental, LLC, et al. In the action, Plaintiff seeks to collect on the indebtedness of SC Environmental, LLC (“SCE”), and the guarantors of that indebtedness therein, and foreclose its interests in and to pledged real estate and personal property collateral, with such claims against Ronald Fraze (“Fraze”), Michael Churchill (“Michael”), Nancy Dennis (“Dennis”), Sean Churchill (“Sean”), Stephanie Churchill (“Stephanie”), Christopher Churchill (“Christopher”), Ashley Lewelling (“Lewelling”), Melinda McKinley (“McKinley”), The Unknown Heirs, Successors, and Assigns of Michael Churchill (“Heirs”), 777 Holdings LLC (“777”), Bullet Energy Services, LLC (“Bullet”) and United States of America, ex rel, Small Business Administration (“SBA” collectively with SC Environmental, LLC, Ronald Fraze, Michael Churchill, Nancy Dennis, Sean Churchill, Stephanie Churchill, Christoher Churchill, Ashley Lewelling, Melinda McKinley, The Unknown Heirs, Successors, and Assigns of Michael Churchill, 777 Holdings, LLC, Bullet Energy Services, LLC and United States of American, ex rel, Small Business Administration, the “Defendants”), to Plaintiff under (1) that certain Amended Note dated September 20, 2024 (the “Note”) in the principal amount, together with interest, and with late fees, of $3,511,017.69, as of March 9, 2026, together with further interest at the Note’s default rate of interest, through the date of judgment, together with BOC’s costs, all future accruing costs, attorneys’ fees and expenses, and with interest on the entire amount of judgment at the Note’s default interest rate. Plaintiff further seeks judgment against, among others, Fraze under that certain Guaranty Agreement dated May 5, 2021, and First Amended and Restated Guaranty Agreement dated September 20, 2024.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in this action, and that you must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 20th day of August 2026, or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true, and judgment will be entered in Plaintiff’s favor against you in the amounts set forth above.
