The Purcell National Honor Society’s annual Veterans Day Assembly will be held Tuesday, November 11 at 11 a.m. in The Reimer Center.

All of the brave men and women who have served our country are invited to attend and be honored.

NHS Sponsor Sam Resendiz said veterans should arrive at the high school, located at 2020 N. Green Avenue, by 10:50 a.m.

“We will have special reserved seating just for our veterans,” Resendiz said.

“Following the assembly, our veterans are invited to enjoy a complimentary lunch provided by our NHS members as a token of appreciation for your service,” she said.

The event is open to the entire community with everyone welcome to attend and show their support.

Veterans are asked to RSVP by calling Purcell High School at 405 442-0099.

“We look forward to celebrating and honoring our heroes,” Resendiz said.
