Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Kyle Allen Gimlin, Deceased, that on the 10th day of February, 2026, there was filed with this Court the Petition of Chance Parker Gimlin and Brittney Shae Saunders praying that Letters of Administration be issued to them as Personal Representatives of the Estate, to serve without bond, for a judicial determination of the heirs of the Decedent and for termination of Decedent’s joint tenancy.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on February 10th, 2026, notice is given that the 19th day of March, 2026, at 9:30, is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd Avenue, Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
