FURTHER, you must appear before the District Court, McClain County, State of Oklahoma, at the McClain County Courthouse, 121 N. 2nd, Purcell, Oklahoma 73080, on the 12th day of March, 2026, at 1:30 o’clock P.M., when the Court will hear the merits of said Motion for Termination of Parental Rights and grant relief as the Court deems necessary.

You are advised that you and each respondent juvenile is entitled to be represented by an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, you are entitled to a court appointed attorney at public expense.
