The McClain County Operation Christmas application deadline is Monday, November 24.

“This is a firm deadline date,” said Operation Christmas organizer Peggy Christian.

Applicants must be McClain County residents, meet income guidelines and the application must be completed in full.

The application should be returned to Delta Community Action, 122 W. Main, in Purcell.

Mrs. Christian said applications are available at Delta Community Action on Main Street in Purcell, The Purcell Register, the McClain County Health Department and the OSU Extension Office in Purcell.

Donations of food, toys, clothing, toiletries, books, school supplies and more are currently being accepted, she added.

Donations will be accepted through noon on December 15.

And as always, McClain County Operation Christmas accepts monetary donations.

Monetary donations may be sent to Darrell Ford at P.O. Box 756, Purcell, OK 73080.
