School zone

Motorists passing the Purcell high and junior high schools will need to take note of a new safety precaution.

According to school officials, the flashing lights in the school zone on North Green Avenue will flash continuously from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. throughout the school day beginning tomorrow November 8.

The measure is intended to enhance student safety as they cross Green Avenue.
