Purcell led the way in county medical marijuana sales for the month of September.
A report from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) notes that Purcell had $15,153.20 in taxes returned to city coffers.
Newcastle was next with $6,800, while Blanchard had $4,679.54 returned.
The sales of medical marijuana in McClain County generated a total of $23,592.27 in sales tax for the State of Oklahoma, and another $30,568.48 in taxes for the OMMA.
