Linda Perry was born the sixth of 11 children to Ernest Hayes Perry and Bessie Imittie Perry on March 5, 1952. She grew up in Purcell and attended school there.

Linda married Kenneth “Buster” Thurston Jr. on March 8, 1970 in Purcell, and together they had three sons, Jerry, Micheal and Johnathan. Linda loved to fish and had many wonderful times on the banks, pole in hand, with people she loved, whether she got a bite or not. She will be missed deeply by those whose lives she touched in this world.
