Lexington’s boys and girls were both crowned Quad Conference champions in a conference competition at Lex last Friday.

The girls finished 1,2,3 in their portion of the meet and won the meet.

Meagan Smith was the overall champion with Faith Humbolt finishing second and Lillian Johnson third.

“I was really happy with their performance,” said head coach Brittany Street. “I am looking forward to how they improve into the post season.”

On the boys side Elijah Pearman was the champion with Boston Huffert finishing as runner-up.

“They had a great performance,” Street said. “I enjoy how they push each other and make each other better.”
