District Judge Leah Edwards seated a jury just before noon on Tuesday in the first degree murder trial of Steven Moody, Jr.

Moody is charged in connection with the death of his wife Margarita Moody in early February of 2022.

The jury consists of four women and eight men. Jury selection began Monday morning.

The trial is expected to go at least until Friday and possibly even into next week, court officials said.
