Rausch Coleman Homes is excited to announce the grand opening of their Southbrook community, providing quality new homes for Purcell.
This new development is the first neighborhood the company has built in Purcell, bringing their company mission of improving quality of life, one home at a time, to the community.
“We are excited to have an addition like this in our community because we need more affordable housing, and more developments like this coming into town, so we can grow as a community and continue future growth,” said Purcell City Councilman Greg Wheat at the community’s grand opening event. “It’s important that you’re here, we’re glad you’re here.”
Southbrook will offer Purcell families and individuals the chance to build their future through home ownership and have significant impact on the local economy.
By moving from renting to owning a home, families are more likely to build wealth, engage in the community, and experience higher graduation rates.
“To me, owning a Rausch Coleman Home means security for my children and breaking barriers,” said Lisa, a local family specialist and new resident of Southbrook.
“I’m a first-time homeowner, and it took me four years to get here. I never thought I’d be able to own a home, and yet Rausch Coleman Homes helped me overcome that. They’re great to work with,” she said.
This first phase of the Southbrook development will offer 77 newly constructed homes to the community, with additional phases planned that could bring as many as 500 homes in the coming years.
Homeowners interested in this community can choose from a variety of floor plans, ranging in size from 2-bedroom layouts to spacious 4-bedroom options.
“We’re excited to bring new home ownership opportunities to the Purcell community with the opening of this new development,” said Matt Holland, division manager for Rausch Coleman Homes in Oklahoma City.
“As a company, our focus is improving quality of life, one home at a time and Southbrook is our way of living out that mission for Purcell,” he said.
With nearly 70 years of experience, Rausch Coleman Homes is recognized as the 21st largest builder and the fourth largest privately-held builder in the United States.
It proudly serves communities across Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
With more than 30,000 homes built, we’re making home ownership attainable by delivering quality construction individuals and families can afford.
Built on a strong foundation of faith, we’re on a mission to improve quality of life, one home at a time, a spokesman said.
