It’s that time of year.
Again.
Our clocks, if not our bodies, will return to standard time officially at 2 a.m. Sunday.
If you are so inclined to be entirely accurate, you can set your alarm for 2 a.m. Sunday and once awake turn the time back to 1 a.m.
Or feel free to change all of the timepieces before you go to bed and enjoy that extra hour of sleep.
In saying goodbye to daylight savings know that it is just a temporary parting and daylight savings will return at 2 a.m. March 9, 2025.
