Danny Ray Parker was born May 27, 1953 in Sulphur, Oklahoma, to John Parker and Gladys Parker. He departed from this life on June 26, 2019 at his home in Norman, Oklahoma.
Danny was a Landscaper for several years. He enjoyed fishing and his dogs. He loved animals. He was a member of the Choctaw Tribe of Oklahoma. Shortly before he departed his dog Boomer was his constant companion.
He is survived by one daughter, Tyra Talea Parker-Hobbs and husband, Erick, of Norman; granddaughter, Cesalea Nichole Osborne of Lawrence, Kansas; stepdaughter, Rebecca Black of Norman; granddaughters, Jen Mayo of Norman, Terin Forsythe of Norman and Cheyenne Forsythe of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one sister, Carol Parker-Gardner Moore; and three brothers, John Parker and Jim Parker, both of Sulphur, Oklahoma and Bill Parker of Tulsa.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Parker of Norman; his mother, Gladys Scaff; one brother, Robert Parker; brother-in-law, David Gardner; one daughter, Brandy Parker-Forsythe; two wives, Pat Parker and Joy Parker and a host of wonderful nieces and nephews.
Cremation was under Primrose Funeral Services and no services are pending.
