All students in grades pre-kindergarten through fifth grade planning to attend Purcell Schools this fall should confirm enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year.

Enrollment will be held at Purcell Elementary and Purcell Intermediate on Monday, August 5, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday, August 6, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Returning students and those pre-enrolled last spring need only provide a current proof of residence and up-to-date student information.

Students new to the school district must bring a birth certificate and a current immunization record in addition to a current proof of residence in the Purcell School District.

A current utility bill with parent or guardians name and physical address is the most efficient way to establish residence. Lease agreements or housing contracts are also acceptable. General mail will not be accepted as proof of residence.

Children who will be four years of age prior to Sept. 1, 2019 are eligible for enrollment in the pre-k program. Pre-K is currently filled and new enrollees are being placed on a waiting list.

Students who will be five before September 1 are eligible for enrollment in kindergarten.

Open house at Purcell Elementary School will be held on Monday, August 12, from 5:30-7 p.m.

Intermediate School open house will be from 6-7:30 p.m.

Classes will begin Wednesday, August 14, at 8 a.m.

Please call the school office at 527-2146 with any questions regarding enrollment.
